1. Returns

If you are not happy with your item(s), you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• With all tags and original packaging

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us beforehand to arrange an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Personalised or altered items
• Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)

5. Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
